Currently, most NGOs in Ukraine depend primarily on a stream of international donor funding and organizations support to operate. It is important that NGOs learn the action steps needed to build sustainable organizations independent of a single donor source of funds. While much material has been created discussing the highest level of sustainability, we intend to create a document that demonstrates what can legally be attempted in Ukraine and detail examples of how some organizations are achieving elements of sustinability today. This document will highlight both successes and failures and the lessons learned from experiences at NGOs. Partnership funds are needed for the overheaded costs, including those for project development, production and distribution of such a document.</div>
