Served two years as elementary school teachers in up-country Loma village of about 2000. Completed building projects, library, and swamp rice demonstation as well as traditional rice farm.
Transfered to Monrovia and assigned to University of Liberia--Mary Pat as technician in Library and Rich as Asst. Administrator for University's Agriculture Extension Training Center that trained upcountry villagers in agriculture and animal husbandry.
