Info about the Resource Room Expansion
Despite crowded work space and limited capacity for storing and organizing library stock, a secondary boarding school in Tanzania currently provides many programs to maximize the use of its current resources, including books, computers, audio-visual equipment, periodicals and wall displays. With a grant of $516.00 USD, the school will expand the capacity to use these resources to serve over 1,000 students and 35 teachers by converting a currently unused classroom into a new, user-friendly Resource Room. Funds will go towards essential maintenance repairs of the room and adding shelf space and furniture.
