	The Women's Business Center (WBSC) in Nikolaev, Ukraine has trained close to 1000 women, almost 300 on the basics of starting a business. It currently takes graduates an average of 220 days to open their businesses and 45% of the businesses fail. The Center would like to expand their program by setting up a resource center and business club, two programs that support women and other young entreprenuers after they complete their training and actually try to launch their businesses. In addition to providing access to the Internet, a legal database, books and journals, the Resource Center will be staffed by legal and business consultants so that someone is also available to interpret information and provide personal coaching. Membership in the Business Club will provide access to the resource center, free consulting services, discounts at area member businesses and periodic seminars and roundtables. Combined, the two programs provide the resources entrepreneurs need to be successful at a subsidized price they can afford. Partnership funds are needed to purchase computer software and supplies, internet access for one year and advertise the opening of the center in the local paper over the coming year.
