Martin currently works for Cultivate Living and Learning Centre in Temple Bar, Dublin, Ireland. He is Publications manager, responsible for graphics design, web design, poster and media creation and much more. Martin is a facilitator and trainer as well, teaching others to facilitate Open Space Technology and World Café workshops. Furthermore, Martin is the National Coordinator and Founder Board Member of The Art of Living Foundation - Ireland Branch.

Martin has a long history of moving himself around the world. From the US to Navajo Land, from Italy to Croatia. He's lived three months in a Zen Buddhist monastery in Kyoto, Japan. He served in both Togo and Malawi in Africa. He is known also to have been the first person to succeed in a case against the US Department of Labor in recuperating a small amount of lost time working due to a severe psychotic reaction to Mefloquine (taken for 15 months in Togo).
