Lyle John Young completed his second tour of service in 1985, and started a Fish Farm/Aquatic Nursery (J and J Aquafarms) in the Central Valley of California. He has found that there is development work to be done right here at home. He desires to someday return to Madang to see how 30 years has changed the place and people. One of his three sons is applying to the Peace Corps in the fields of Fisheries/Business development.
