READ ME: Arturo Irizarry and I were stationed together in this small village Antenor Navarro (Now called Sao Joao do Rio do Peixe) as a Public Health "visitadora" in the interior of Paraiba. Arturo worked on sanitation and community development. I did lab exams, house calls and assisting in a small clinic run by Drs Jose and Dercy Dantas. We both gave vaccinations around the "county."
