Info about the Isperih Children's Sports Clubs

The goal of this project is to provide a successful framework within whcih the children of the Isperih region can play in a soccer league and learn the aspects of the game. An estimated 250 children will be able to partake in the league. Through play, the children will be improving their health, confidence, and ability to be good sportsmen - attributes that can transfer into valuable life skills. There is also an NGO development component to this project given that a local NGO will be creating a partnership with the local municipality to keep the league running after the first two years. Partnership funds will be used to purchase soccer netting for goal posts, a chalking machine, soccer balls, jerseys, and cones and other necessary equipment. The community will be providing land on which the soccer field will be built and assist in funding coaches' per diems.
