This is in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. Specifically, you request the following information. Our response is in bold.
- 1)“Overseas Staff Directory” including all in-country staff and experts (full time/part time).
We located 118 pages of responsive documents. After careful review, it was determined that the 118 pages will be withheld in their entirety pursuant to 5 U.S.C.§ 552(b)(2) which prohibits from disclosure records related solely to the internal personnel rules and practices of an agency.
- 2)Washington DC Staff Directory including all staff and experts (full time/part time).
Enclosed please find the Peace Corps Headquarters Directory (32 pages). No pages have been withheld. We are providing this at no cost to you.
- 3) United States Staff Directory including all staff at recruiting offices and colleges or universities as well as experts (full time/part time).
Enclosed please find the Peace Corps VRS Regional Office Directory (4 pages). No pages have been withheld. We are providing this at no cost to you.
You have the right to appeal the withholding of information. Should you wish to do so, please send your written appeal within 20 days of your receipt of this letter.
