Response
This is in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. Specifically, you request, “1 The most recent Phone/Email/Mailing directory for the Peace Corps Agency and Headquarters. 2. January 20, 2009 to present any document that references political appointees. 3. January 20, 2009 to present any document that lists political appointees.”
We are unable to process your request for “any document that references political appointees” because we are unable to determine what documents you want. The FOIA requires requesters to “reasonably describe the records being sought” so that a knowledgeable employee of the agency may conduct a search for the record(s) with reasonable effort. Please clarify the documents you are seeking and resubmit your request.
Attached please find the Peace Corps Staff Directory (70 pages). The directory includes employee names, telephone numbers, room numbers, and offices. This is the most responsive document we were able to find. Also attached, please find a list of political appointees (1 page). No pages have been withheld. We are providing this at no charge to you.
