Info about the Community Fitness Center

A community Fitness Center is an ideal place for youth to learn new, valuable skills that can help them lead a healthy lifestyle. In a village in Bulgaria, a community Fitness Center will run programs that teach youth facts about nutrition and provide an opportunity for children to exercise in a safe environment. The local elementary school currently has an empty room that is perfect for the Center, needing only minor remodeling to provide an adequate, safe facility for youth. This project aims to remodel the room and add equipment to create a space where children can learn important life skills and have a healthy environment in which to spend their free time.
