I was a Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines from 1971 to 1975. I worked for the Baguio Community Center as an Economic Development Consultant and worked with the mines around the area to provide jobs. We conducted training for the members of the community in welding to provide skills needed to be hired. I recently retired from the State of Indiana as the HR Director for the Department of Revenue.
