I was a Math and Science teacher at St. Peter's Lutheran School in Sinkor, Liberia from Dec. 1975 to Dec. 1977. I also worked in the Peace Corps Office with Manfred our mailman and Comfort Barker our nurse. My roommates/friends during my stay included Jennifer Marple, Dona Bostic, David Neff (CARE), Chris Pond (Mr. Basketball), Eva Jorkey (Principal St. Peter's), Roger Shower (Embassy Communications), Beverly Carter (Ambassador), Mary Ann Caraboolad (Peace Corps Office). I am very glad that Liberia is making a comeback and I wish them all the best in the future.
