This is the thread's initial revision.
Peace Corps Benin in fact has NO sexual harassment policy. To have a zero-tolerance sexual harassment policy, it would then be necessary to prosecute offenders of sexual harassment and assault crimes as Peace Corps does for other 'zero-tolerance' rules, such as drug or motorcycle offences. Due to the nature of sexual harassment complaints and the necessity for Inspector General reports for such accusations, this is not the case. In 2010, a Volunteer was forced to early terminate and not be administratedly separated for sexual assault. This Volunteer's misconduct was catalogued in an Inspector General's report, which like all IGO reports has been removed from the public domain. Please remove 'zero-tolerance policy' from this page.
